Full Service includes set up of iron chaffing dishes, tablecloths, metal bowls, stainless steel serving utensils and disposable plates, napkins & eating utensils. Catering assistant will arrive one hour prior to serve time, set-up all items buffet style & remain at event to serve food, clear plates, breakdown & cleanup. minimum one hour of serve time included. Guest to provided 10 to 12 feet of table or counter space for equipment setup.
